The event was held at The Imperial Ballroom – Muehlebach Tower in downtown Kansas City on April 13. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Annual Ball is attended by many of the region’s leading health care professionals, civic leaders and others interested in treating blood cancers and providing support to blood cancer patients and their families. This evening raises funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Mid-America Chapter. The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
