Sandra S. Watts

Experience

Sandra has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate law. She represents both local and national developers in a variety of commercial real estate development matters, including financing, acquisition, and lease negotiations. Sandra structures deals involving retail shopping center, multi-family, condominium, and mixed-use projects, both in the Kansas City metropolitan area and across the Midwest. Her role in these projects includes the negotiation and preparation of acquisition and development documentation, financing structures, including low-income and historic tax credit structures, lease documentation, and economic incentive packages.  In addition, Sandra represents various banks and lending institutions in connection with real estate loans on a local and regional basis.
