Kansas City, Mo. – November 5, 2026: Seven attorneys with Rouse Frets White, P.C. are recognized and honored in this year’s Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list.

Six attorneys were honored as “Super Lawyers” by the nationwide legal rating service, which identifies “outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” Only the top 5% of nominated attorneys receive the designation. Those honored, together, with their practice areas and number of years on the list are:

  • Doug Gentile (Products liability, business litigation), 15 years
  • Kevin Mason (Business Litigation, Real Estate, Land Use & Zoning), first year
  • Greg Musil (Business litigation, land use & zoning, real estate: business, state, local & municipal), 22 years
  • Brett Randol (Business Litigation), six years
  • Randall L. Rhodes (Products liability, business litigation, appellate), 12 years
  • Arthur K. Shaffer (Intellectual Property Law), 13 years

In addition, attorney Rachel N. Boden (Personal injury, products liability) made the annual list of “Rising Stars” for the eighth year. This list consists of only the top 2.5% of nominated attorneys who are under 40 and have been in practice 10 years or less.

About the firm:
Rouse Frets White offers sophisticated representation in both the private and public sectors. Our clients benefit from blue-ribbon talent unencumbered by mega firm business models.

Choice of an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely upon a website or advertisements. In reviewing achievements by the law firm or its attorneys, remember that past results afford no guarantee of future results; each matter is different and must be judged on its own merits. Although our lawyers may practice in subject areas, neither the Supreme Court of Missouri nor The Missouri Bar reviews or approves certifying organizations or specialty designations for Missouri licensed attorneys.
