Rouse Frets White Goss wins appeal for client

Leawood, Kan. – February 21, 2020 – Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes P.C. recently prosecuted a successful appeal for a client. The firm secured a decision by the Kansas Court of Appeals reversing a lower court judgment.

The law firm represented Jeremy Harris in Harris v. City Cycle Sales/CCS, Inc.  On appeal, Harris argued the trial court erred in the instructions provided to the jury. The Kansas Court of Appeals reversed the lower court decision and remanded the case for a new trial.  John W. Witten, Jeffrey D. Rowe and Rachel N. Boden were attorneys working on the matter.
