Leawood, Kan. – May 2, 2019 – Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes participated as a sponsor in the Johnson County Bar Foundation’s Legacy Event, an annual fundraiser that supports the foundation’s charity mission. The fundraiser took place at the Lodge at Ironwoods in Leawood on April 12.

The Johnson County Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the Johnson County Bar Association where legal professionals support legal-related charities in the local community. This year’s featured charity was Boys Hope, Girls Hope, an organization that provides academically capable and motivated children in need with tools to overcome unfortunate circumstances and achieve their full potential. The foundation’s grant to Boys Hope, Girls Hope will assist with funding for the financial literacy curriculum to help prepare students in managing their personal finances in college and life after graduation. Chris Kurtz, attorney with the firm and board member of the foundation, assisted with the coordination of this event.
