Ron Holt and Doug Seacord secure victory for higher education client in discipline proceeding against a cosmetology school

Kansas City, Mo. – September 22, 2022:  Ron Holt and Doug Seacord, attorneys with Rouse Frets White Goss, recently represented a cosmetology school in a disciplinary action brought by the Missouri Division of Professional Registration’s State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners.  The Board alleged various regulatory violations.  Following a defense by the lawyers of the School’s record, the Board closed its proceedings with no further action against the School.
