The law firm’s Employment & Workplace practice group has successfully represented companies in a wide range of employment-related matters.  The attorneys address claims or issues involving racial discrimination, sexual discrimination and harassment, disability discrimination, age discrimination, family medical leave, vacation and time-off, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, intellectual property ownership, executive compensation, independent contractor status, wrongful or retaliatory discharges, WARN Act issues, and wage and hour matters.
