The Firm’s attorneys advise clients on many aspects of employee benefits and ERISA. Included are numerous Taft-Hartley plans, involving medical, pension, and apprentice programs. Additionally, we work with plan sponsors and fiduciaries to author and amend plans; develop compensation strategies, including executive compensation plans; review plans for compliance; and advise clients on all types of qualified and non-qualified insured and uninsured, group and individual and retirement plans. We also have extensive experience in litigation of claims arising out of qualified plans.
