Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes Attorneys Speak at the Retail Gift Card Association Forum

Leawood, Kan. – October 29, 2018 – Chuck Rouse and Elish Meyers of Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes were among the speakers and participants at the national meeting of the Retail Gift Card Association Forum, an association of large regional and national brands that operate in the retail, restaurant, travel and entertainment space. Members of the Retail Gift Card Association issue or sell gift cards.

The association’s annual Forum was October 1-3 in Nashville. At this year’s event, Rouse presented on special regulatory topics and Meyers provided RGCA legal consultation to members, specifically geared toward gift card regulatory and compliance issues. Rouse and Meyers are members of the law firm’s Payment Instruments and Prepaid Cards practice, a national leader in regulatory compliance.
