Leawood, Kan. – December 3, 2024: Aaron March, a shareholder with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C., is assisting Eastside Innovation Kansas LLC in securing land use approvals and economic development incentives after the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas selected Eastside Innovation to redevelop the 45-acre site of the former Indian Springs indoor shopping mall and an additional 45 adjacent acres.
Eastside Innovation’s $700 million plan involves constructing a mixed-use development, Midtown Station, including a 168-room hotel, nearly 32,000 square feet of meeting space, a grocery store, townhomes, single family homes, approximately 1,500 apartments, 280,910 square feet of retail, and 2,900 garage parking spaces, in addition to surface parking spots.
