In addition to representing businesses in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Kansas and Missouri, Ty’s experience includes employment disputes, construction defects, premise liability, and class action lawsuits, as well as insurance defense.
Before entering private practice, Ty received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with honors. There, he was a member of the law school’s mock trial team and served as a staff member of the UMKC Law Review. Prior to law school, Ty earned a teaching degree in agriculture from the University of Missouri.
