Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes welcomes new litigator

Leawood, Kan. – April 25, 2019 – Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes welcomes to the firm Todd Ehlert, an accomplished and experienced trial attorney. Todd will work across the firm’s litigation teams.

Todd comes to the firm with over 25 years of practice in the areas of commercial and health care litigation and dispute resolution. He has first-chaired more than 35 jury and 300 bench trials to verdict, has substantial experience trying large, complex cases in arbitrations, and has successfully argued multiple cases on appeal before Missouri appellate courts. Todd’s civil practice has included complex commercial litigation and trial practice; health care-related litigation; defense of public and private utilities in wrongful death suits or personal injury actions; antitrust and bad-faith actions; and more.

Todd was recognized as one of the top attorneys in the State of Missouri by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2008 and is involved with various community and civic organizations.

Todd received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law, where he received Dean’s Honors and worked on the Washburn Law Journal. He interned with the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C.
