Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes names Austin Dowling as shareholder

Leawood, Kan. – August 12, 2020 – In February 2020, attorney Austin Dowling with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes was named shareholder with the firm.

Austin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from UMKC.  He joined Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes in 2015, and focuses his practice on corporate and business law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law.

Austin represents clients in the renewable energy industry in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, financing, and project development relating to wind and solar project development and operations throughout the United States. Austin’s real estate experience includes negotiating and drafting leases, easements, and purchase and sale agreements, as well as negotiating title insurance policies and coordinating title curative efforts related to such renewable energy projects. Austin also has represented companies and clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate developments and other general business and corporate transactions.
