Rouse Frets White Goss Attorneys Ron Holt and Hank Driskell Win Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Leawood, Kan. – August 2, 2021 –  Ron Holt and Hank Driskell of Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes recently prevailed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on behalf of one of the firm’s higher education clients, securing a reversal of a lower court’s dismissal of the client’s claims against its federal accrediting agency. The case was remanded and will resume in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
