Rouse Frets White Goss Attorneys Ron Holt and Hank Driskell Restore Client’s Dental Hygiene Program to Full Accreditation

Leawood, Kan. – August 31, 2021 –  Ron Holt and Hank Driskell of Rouse Frets White Goss successfully represented a higher education client operating a dental hygienist education program in New Jersey in a regulatory hearing with an accrediting agency. The agency  had informed the client of its intention to withdraw accreditation for the dental hygienist program for alleged noncompliance with accreditation standards. At the conclusion of a special  hearing, the Commission of the accrediting agency fully restored accreditation for the client’s dental hygienist program, finding the client in compliance with all accreditation standards at issue.
