Kansas City, Mo. – July 22, 2026: Rouse Frets White, P.C. encourages its attorneys to give back and devote time to community service, volunteer organizations, and pro bono work. This month, we are spotlighting Mark Coulter for his work outside the law firm.
Mark volunteers his time as an ex-officio member of the Starlight Theater Board of Directors and a member of the Missouri Arts Council. He is chair of Starlight’s Government Affairs Committee and has served on the arts council, a Lt. Gubernatorial appointment overseeing all arts funding for the State of Missouri, since 2022. In addition, Mark this month joined the board of Rebuilding Together KC, an organization that makes critical repairs and safety modifications for low-income families to help them stay in their homes.
Additionally, Mark, an Army National Guard veteran, is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans. During law school, Mark was president of the Veteran’s Legal Association of Washburn University.
About Mark Coulter: Mark has significant experience in public law, economic development, government affairs, transportation, and public-private partnerships (P3). Previously, Mark served as general counsel for Port KC for more than a decade and contributed on more than $26 billion in incentivized projects.
