Leawood, Kan. – April 9, 2026: Attorney Patricia Jensen recently assisted an Arizona-based housing developer with its expansion into Kansas City, Missouri. In February, Cavan Companies acquired about 16 acres in the Northland area at Missouri Highway 152 and Barry Road near Maple Woods Community College. Cavan will improve the property with a “build-to-rent” single-family housing community, known as The Bungalows at Maple Woods, that will feature 153 new single-story cottages and amenities.

Patricia helped Cavan with neighborhood outreach and the necessary real estate, zoning, and building approvals to launch its latest project.
