Melissa Vancrum has joined the firm, where she will focus her practice on land use, real estate transactions and renewable energy. Vancrum represents developers, investors and property owners in planning, zoning and regulatory matters, including entitlements, incentives, permit disputes and more; she helps clients navigate government channels to resolve issues.
She has been published on land use, environmental and real estate issues in the legal and trade press.
Vancrum previously practiced at Hanson Bridgett LLP in San Francisco, Calif. A native of Overland Park, Kansas, she attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in urban planning and her juris doctorate.
