Kansas City, Mo. – September 30, 2026: Mark Coulter recently obtained economic development incentives for his client to construct a $33 million project consisting of 88 affordable apartment units in Kansas City’s 18th & Vine Jazz District.
Mark represents Marston Development Group LLC and its One Nine Vine development. Mark recently appeared in front of Kansas City’s Planned Industrial Expansion Authority, which approved a 25-year full property tax abatement and sales tax exemption on construction materials for One Nine Vine’s second phase.
