Coronavirus – Our Commitment to Our Clients and Colleagues

By March 25, 2020April 3rd, 2020Community and Charitable Activities

All of us at Rouse Frets White Goss know the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing a great deal of frustration and uncertainty in your day-to-day business operations and your daily routines and lives. For all of us in the metropolitan Kansas City Area, the shelter in place order effective 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, March 24th is only adding to an already stressful time. We share your concerns and stand ready to help you through these challenging times.

While exercising basic common sense will likely get us through these troubling times, the new laws and regulations issued at the Federal and local levels are complicated and convoluted. Below is a simple summary of the Families First Response Act and links to the Shelter in Place Orders issued by Johnson County and Kansas City impacting the majority of the metropolitan Kansas City Area. For a more detailed but still user friendly analysis of the Families First Response Act please visit here.

Our law firm is safely and with our usual practical approach operating at full attorney capacity. Our attorneys and staff are available and ready to serve you without interruption during this unsettling time.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need guidance addressing any challenges. A full directory of our attorney contact information can be found here or you can simply call our main office numbers 913.387.1600 Leawood office or 816.753.9200 Plaza office.

We thank you for your continued partnership. Stay healthy.
