Kansas City, Mo. – September 9, 2024: Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C. is pleased to announce that R. Todd Ehlert and Chris Mattix, attorneys with the law firm, have been admitted as equity shareholders of the firm.
Todd is a trial lawyer. His practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes, with a concentration in business litigation. Having completed over 100 bench and jury trials, he has substantial experience trying large, complex cases in courts and arbitration and has successfully argued multiple cases on appeal before appellate courts.
Chris is a zoning and land use attorney. He uses his unique background as a lawyer who holds accounting and finance degrees and has worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to assist clients in leveraging economic development incentives such as tax abatements, tax increment financing (TIF), and tax credits in Missouri and Kansas. He also has significant experience challenging property tax valuations and representing clients in zoning, permitting, and other land use matters.
