Robert Herman was born on August 1, 1954, and died at the age of 67 on June 8, 2022. In 1976, Bob graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. in English Literature. In 1981, he earned a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Bob practiced law for more than 40 years focusing on business law, bank financing, real estate and real estate finance, and estate planning. He spent the last decade of his career with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C. where he continued to work up until just weeks before his passing. Representing financial institutions, Bob closed a thousand plus commercial loans. He also worked with Whataburger’s corporate office to bring Whataburger to Kansas City. In addition to practicing law, Bob participated in his clients’ charitable endeavors and pushed the firm to be a better corporate citizen on several matters including environmental awareness.
Bob’s service to the law firm will be missed.
