After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Missouri, Erica received her Juris Doctor from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she served as the communications director for the Student Bar Association.

About Chloe Garcia and the Real Estate group: Chloe’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, including real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial lending and commercial real estate leasing. After receiving her undergraduate degrees in communication and justice systems from Truman State University, Chloe earned her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law where she served as the Business & Marketing Manager for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy.
