Kansas City, Mo. – December 5, 2024: Mark Coulter, an attorney with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C., recently assisted clients Molzer Development, Cardinal Crest and Free Heel Capital with securing economic development incentives for the $37.6 million conversion of an historic downtown Kansas City hotel.
The incentives for the project, which will renovate the Aladdin Hotel into 122 studio and one-bedroom apartments, included a property tax exemption through Port KC.
