The Kansas City Council approved economic development incentives, 353 tax abatement and zoning for the Hillside Development on Thursday, September 11. Testifying before the Kansas City Planning, Zoning and Economic Development Committee, Aaron March, a White Goss partner, said the project at 350 Highway and Noland Road envisions a 180-acre, mixed-use development in the Little Blue Valley which will include residential and commercial uses in southeast Kansas City.
