Leawood, Kan. – October 27, 2025: Greg Musil and Brett Randol, litigation attorneys for Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C., successfully defended a land use approval for their developer client over objections from a nearby property owner.
The Kansas Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with the client, Fountain Residential Partners, LLC, and the City of Lawrence that the city’s approval of a residential development near the University of Kansas campus was proper and lawful, rejecting the arguments of a neighboring church that opposed the housing project. As a result, over 100 new units will be available to help meet the housing needs of Lawrence.
