Molly is an associate with the firm, practicing in the areas of administrative law and regulatory compliance. Her focus includes regulatory matters regarding payment methods, payment instruments, and prepaid cards/access instruments. She also serves regulated clients with respect to their business law needs. After earning her undergraduate degree from Washburn University, Molly received her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, where she participated in Washburn’s Small Business & Nonprofit Transactional Law Clinic to provide business counseling and legal services for the businesses and nonprofit organizations of Topeka.
