Experience
James is an associate attorney working with the litigation practice groups, focusing his practice on various forms of commercial litigation. He has experience representing businesses of all sizes in a broad range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, trade secrets, fraud, and lenders in creditor-debtor disputes.
James earned his law degree from the University of Kansas, where he received the CALI Award for Employment Law and was managing editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Before entering law school, he worked for U.S. Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas as a legislative staffer in Washington, D.C. James received his undergraduate degree in mass communications with a minor in political science from Kansas State University.
