John P. Mullane

Experience

John’s practice concentrates on land use, zoning, economic development incentives, and urban and suburban redevelopment projects. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with local governments as both general and special counsel, assisting with day-to-day operations, land use approvals and entitlements, utility district consolidation, eminent domain, real estate sale and acquisition public works projects and civil litigation in the circuit and appellate courts. He served as interim City Attorney for the City of Blue Springs and as assistant City Attorney in many other communities in the metropolitan Kansas City area, where he worked closely with city staff and elected officials.
