Neal R. Hefferren

EXPERIENCE

Neal brings over 25 years of experience to his real estate development and economic incentives practice. With a focus on major redevelopment projects and transactional matters, he represents private and public entities in various aspects of commercial real estate, including land acquisition, financing, leasing negotiation, and land use approvals. He has served as lead or co-counsel on significant commercial projects, utilizing his expertise in economic incentives such as TIF, tax abatement, and Chapter 100 abatements and exemptions.

Prior to his current role he spent many years in the private real estate development space, including as the development director for a multi-family developer, gaining hands-on experience for the matters that come across his desk.

With his extensive experience in real estate development and legal practice, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success.
