Decades ago, Harold (“Hal”) Goss and others gathered and founded a law firm. It would become known as White Goss. Later, it would merge to be Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes. A well-known member of the Kansas City legal community, Hal focused his legal practice upon general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions along with assisting his clients in transitioning wealth and businesses to the next generation. He served as lead counsel for numerous high-dollar mergers and acquisitions in the transportation, insurance, restaurant franchise, and real estate businesses, among others. After unwavering work to shape the firm, Hal concluded his active work with the law firm in 2021 to pursue other endeavors. He has been and will be missed.
