Mark brings more than 17 years of business management and legal experience to his law practice. Prior to earning his law degree, Mark was a certified public accountant (CPA) trained in the “Big Eight” arena. He is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the areas of business transactions, operations and real estate law, including contract review, drafting and negotiations, real estate acquisitions, sales, construction, leasing and title disputes, business mergers, acquisitions, formation and restructuring, succession planning, and tax compliance. Mark’s training and experience as an attorney and CPA in managing and transacting business matters, combined with his experience as a business owner with excellent relationship management, consensus-building and leadership capabilities, has made him a highly respected trusted advisor and attorney with a proven ability to negotiate and mange successful outcomes.
