Adrienne represents clients in the renewable energy industry, focusing the majority of her practice on early-stage greenfield efforts including drafting and negotiating custom real estate agreements, such as leases, easements and real estate purchase and sale agreements, understanding environmental permitting and its impact on design and development, and reviewing title and survey to inform development and design of projects. Adrienne understands that each renewable energy project has its own unique challenges, and she enjoys working closely with developers to implement holistic solutions and ready projects for construction and financing. In that regard, Adrienne has extensive experience in managing the title curative process by working directly with title companies and drafting and negotiating curative agreements with other interest holders such as mineral owners, pipeline companies, and utilities.
Adrienne also has extensive experience in assisting on renewable energy portfolio and project sales and acquisitions, leading due diligence efforts, disclosures, and drafting of ancillary closing documentation. Her experience navigating the requirements of tax equity and financing partners also helps inform her development practice by anticipating future requirements and ensuring that development efforts are aligned accordingly.
