Breanna is an associate with the firm, focusing on wind, solar, and renewable energy as well as corporate, real estate, and business law. Breanna has experience representing clients in real estate and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and general corporate matters. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, Breanna received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she participated in the George Wythe Society of Citizen Lawyers and the Journal of Women and the Law. Breanna joined the firm in 2021.
