Experience
Jennifer has more than 25 years of legal experience representing clients in the consumer services, retail, and financial services industries, providing counsel across a broad spectrum of business issues, including enterprise risk management, board relations, employment law, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, investor relations, general corporate, and commercial and securities litigation. She is an experienced in-house legal officer, strategic business partner and legal department leader, who works strategically with her clients in both public and private corporate environments. She has board leadership experience in the insurance industry, having served alongside senior executives and fund independent directors on the Board of ICI Mutual Insurance Company, which offers D&O/E&O liability insurance and fidelity bonding for the U.S. mutual fund industry.
She focuses her practice in the areas of regulatory compliance for stored value card products and unclaimed property analysis. Jennifer works with clients across an international network of more than 2,000 individuals and companies, including the Retail Gift Card Association and the Incentive Gift Card Council.
Jennifer also has substantial experience in the area of employment law. Across her years of practice, Jennifer has continuously supported her clients on employment and workplace matters, augmenting her legal experience with two separate Human Resource certifications to enhance her ability to partner strategically with her clients as they nurture and evolve their workplaces.
