Experience

Nancy has worked on many matters in all areas of wealth planning and estate and trust administration with her 29 years of legal experience. She includes every aspect of estate planning in her practice, from the simple plan to the complex. She works with clients to achieve their goals (which could include anything from probate avoidance,tax planning, directing assets to specific beneficiaries to special-needs planning, and transitioning business ownership). Her goal is to complete an estate plan that will accomplish the needs and desires of each individual. Nancy also works in the areas of probate (estate administration, guardianships, conservatorships), trust administration, gift and estate tax planning, the preparation of gift and estate tax returns, and fiduciary litigation. The knowledge and experience Nancy has acquired allows her to work closely with clients and their families, and enables clients to know she cares about their individual needs and objectives, and will help them to accomplish their goals.
